The Anna Lytton Foundation has teamed up with Coach Cereola to present its "Food for Thought" program. The program is being presented to her fifth and sixth grade health classes. "The program focuses on incorporating the natural, organic produce and resources that we have right here in Springs!" said Coach C. Kate Rabinowitz, the founder of the Foundation, and Susan Blacklocke, a nutritionist and vitamin specialist at Provisions market in Sag Harbor, will visit classes over a three-week period and teach students about making healthy food choices. Last week's lesson included tasting sunflower butter, a healthy alternative to peanut butter, and making smoothies with avocados!
