Turkey Trot is Monday, Nov.21st!

The Springs School "Turkey Trot" has returned for a third exciting year! This year's Trot will be Monday, November 21st. The rain date will be Nov. 22nd.

Last year's event raised nearly $10,000 to support our PTA Swim Program and an ice-skating event at Buckskill for grades 6-8. Last year, Ms. Policastro and Ms. Rivera's fifth grade class won the "Turkey Trophy" for raising $835 in sponsorships.

The Turkey Trot is a fun walk/run that the whole school takes part in. School Street and a portion of Old Stone Highway will be closed with the help of the EHPD and Fire Department officials, as well as parent volunteers who assist us and cheer everyone on. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Claire Condon at: cwclaire@gmail.com. Please click below to see the flyer and to view more information!

Here are some important reminders:

·       Please dress your children appropriately for the Trot.  Layers are a great idea! Comfortable shoes are a must. Children should wear sneakers.

·      There will be no parking after 8:45 am  on School Street and on the Springs School Campus.  Please remember that if you need to move your car, you will not be allowed to do so until both races are complete. That will be at approximately 10:30 am
