The seventh grade girls volleyball team decided to spend their Holiday Party baking dog treats for the incoming pets at ARF. "ARF had recently rescued over 130 animals from the post-hurricane conditions in Puerto Rico," explained coach Kimberly Royal. "We reached out to the school community for donations and got to baking!"

The day after baking, a handful of teammates presented ARF with the homemade donation. ARF was overwhelmed at the kind gesture and gave the team a tour of the facility. The team was able to meet the pets and discovered that the pups love the treats! It was a great act of giving back over the holiday season.

Thanks to the girls, our school community and volleyball families for the classroom space and donations!
