The Kindergarten through Second Grade students participated in Green and White Day yesterday. Green and White Day is a day of games and competitions to celebrate the Springs School body. The day began with students gathering in the gym, chanting for their teams. Students were dressed in their colors, complete with giant green hair bows, white face paint, and colored hair! The excitement was palpable!

Students left the gym and gathered on the fields, where they competed in games including potato-sack relays, "Clean Up Your Backyard" and "Animals in a Bucket." After the games, the students returned to their classrooms for a pizza and ice-pop party. The students had a great time working with together with their peers in other classes and grades.

The remaining elementary school students will have a chance to celebrate Green and White Day later this week.

More photos to come!
