Special Education

Programs for Students With Disabilities

The Springs Board of Education assures every parent that eligible school-aged and pre-school aged children in need of special services will receive a free and appropriate education in the least restrictive environment.

Springs School offers a variety of services in the form of special classes, resource support, integrated co-teaching, and the related services of speech/language therapy, occupational and physical therapy, and school-based counseling.

Eligibility for services and programs are the responsibility of the Committee on Special Education (CSE) and the Committee on Pre-School Special Education (CPSE). Any parent who may be concerned that their child might require specialized instruction should contact Mrs. Keri DeLalio, CSE Chairperson, at 324-0144, Ext. 128 or email K Delalio
